The slots are precision ground using CNC-controlled cylindrical grinding, ensuring identical slot dimensions across the full circumference for consistent perforation quality at high line speeds. The hardened tool steel construction with a ground bore to H7 tolerance allows accurate, low-runout mounting on standard die cutting mandrels. Custom slot patterns, slot widths, and inter-slot distances can be specified.
