Alpha-Numeric Metal Stamping Blocks
Alpha-Numeric Metal Stamping Blocks are precision-manufactured hardened steel characters used in industrial marking presses, hot stamping machines, and coding equipment for permanent identification of metal, rubber, and plastic parts. Each character block is CNC machined to exact height and width tolerances, ensuring uniform impression depth across all characters in a set. The characters are face-hardened to resist wear from repeated impacts while maintaining a shock-absorbing core to prevent brittleness. Used extensively in automotive component traceability, casting identification, forging batch coding, and nameplate marking.
