Precision Knurled Roller Shaft
Our Precision Knurled Roller Shaft is manufactured from high-grade alloy steel, precision-turned and then knurled using CNC-controlled diamond knurling tools to ensure perfect consistency of the knurl pattern across the full active length. After knurling, the shaft is hardened and ground to final bearing journal dimensions, guaranteeing accurate fit and minimal runout in high-speed feed and traction applications. The knurled surface dramatically increases the coefficient of friction between the roller and the material, ensuring positive, slip-free drive in printing, coating, laminating, and textile feed systems.
