Lapping Machine
The Lapping Machine is a high-precision surface finishing machine designed to achieve exceptional flatness (within microns) and fine surface finish on a variety of engineering components. The large-diameter cast iron lapping plate rotates at variable speeds, driven by a variable frequency drive, while the conditioning rings keep the abrasive slurry evenly distributed across the plate surface. Adjustable lapping pressure allows the operator to control material removal rates, making the machine suitable for everything from rough lapping to ultra-fine finishing. Essential for seal faces, valve components, gauge blocks, and aerospace parts.
