Knitting Head
The Knitting Head is the most critical and precision-demanding component of any industrial knitting machine. Our knitting heads are manufactured from specialized alloy steel, precision machined, hardened, and ground to achieve the tight tolerances required for reliable, high-speed yarn feeding and stitch formation. The cam tracks are machined to exact profiles to ensure smooth, consistent needle actuation across all feeders, eliminating dropped stitches and uneven tension. All knitting heads are inspected and test-run on our in-house knitting machines before dispatch. We supply both standard replacement heads for existing machines and custom-designed heads for machine upgrades or conversions.
